To start here, there might not be any reason for you to replace the product in the first place. However, if you opt to do so, the amount would be credited in your bank account.
We follow ‘7 days no question asked return policy’ with a condition that, if there is any issue with the product it should be brought into our notice within 48 hours once you are done taking a selfie with it.
Well, good things take a little time & better things take a little more. You don’t even get a rickshaw in minutes, so we are speaking days here. To make your experience better, it will take 15 days for the refund.
Yes, there are pros and cons of having a plethora of products and a wide range. The pros are that if your product is not of the accurate size or defective, you can opt for the exchange policy.
Being a premier clothing brand, we do have some guidelines in place. The products close to the heart and closer to the body like innerwears & socks will not be returned or exchanged. (Yes, if you have used it & please keep using it).
We at Zido believe that packaging and presentation matters a lot. An online order not properly packaged can be a comfortable misery. And, this goes vice versa. While returning, please make sure that all the tags are intact as they were when you purchased the item.
I’ve got enough gifts, said no one. Yes, we know that everyone likes gifts. However, while returning the product, if there is any gift associated, please return the gift as well.
We got our very own team of ‘Sherlocks’ here at Zido. We will inspect the returned products and notify you if we have received the item & the status of the item. Needless to say, defects are a strict no-no.
And, that brings us to the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will have to pay own shipping costs for returning your item. Voila, if the refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We’ll only accept the products if you report to us

After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wish to.. Products can be returned within 72 hoursfrom the day of delivery. Exchange product you will get in 10-15 working days .
